Product Description
1. Properties and Uses
EDTMP-Na5 is a neutral product, EDTMP-Na5 is a nitrogen-containing organic polyphosphonate, a cathodic corrosion inhibitor. It is miscible with water, non-toxic and non-polluting, with good chemical stability and temperature resistance, and still has good scale inhibition effect at 200ºC. It can dissociate into 8 positive and negative ions in aqueous solution, so it can chelate with many metal ions, form many monomer structure macromolecular network complexes, loosely dispersed in the water, so that the normal crystallisation of calcium scale is destroyed.EDTMP sodium salt has a good scale inhibition effect on calcium sulphate and barium sulphate scale.
EDTMP-Na5 is used as corrosion and scale inhibitor for circulating water and boiler water, complexing agent for cyanide-free electroplating, water softener for printing and dyeing industry, and cooling water treatment for power plant.
The solid product of EDTMP-Na5 has slight moisture absorption, which is convenient for transport and use in cold conditions.

2. Packing and storage
EDTMP-Na5 liquid is packed in plastic drums, 25kg or 250kg per drum, EDTMP-Na5 solid is packed in plastic bags lined with polyethylene bags, net weight 20Kg per bag or according to the needs of users. Store in a cool and dry place indoors, protected from moisture. Solid storage period is ten months, liquid storage period is ten months.

3. Safety Protection
EDTMP-Na5 is neutral, pay attention to labour protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., rinse with plenty of water after contact.
