1. Performance and use
Polyol phosphate is a new type of water treatment chemicals with good scale and corrosion inhibition performance. Due to the introduction of multiple polyoxyethylene groups in the molecule, it not only improves the corrosion inhibition performance, but also improves the scale inhibition of calcium scale and sediment dispersion ability. It has excellent inhibition effect on barium and strontium scale deposition in water which cannot be controlled by existing scale inhibitors in China, and also has excellent scale inhibition effect on insoluble salt deposition such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate in water, and it has cathodic protection effect on steel, and its corrosion inhibition effect is better than that of the existing similar products in China. Polyol phosphate has good miscibility with polycarboxylates, organic phosphonates, inorganic phosphates, zinc salts and other water stabilizers.
Polyol phosphate is used as scale inhibitor for oilfield water injection collection (especially recommended as a substitute for Nalco Visco 953), corrosion and scale inhibitor for industrial cooling water treatment.

2.Usage and dosage
The dosage varies depending on the water quality and process conditions. Polyol phosphate used as scale inhibitor, the general dosage is less than 15mg / L, as a closed loop corrosion inhibitor can be as high as 150mg / L or more.
