Product Description

1. Properties and Uses
PBTCA has low phosphorus content, because it has the structural characteristics of phosphonic acid and carboxylic acid, it has good scale and corrosion inhibition performance, better than commonly used organophosphonic acid, especially in high temperature scale inhibition performance is far better than commonly used organophosphonic acid, can improve the solubility of zinc, good resistance to chlorine oxidation, good synergism of the compounding, PBTCA in the high efficiency of scale and corrosion inhibition agent in the compounding of a wide range of applications, excellent performance, but also the zinc salt of the excellent stabilizer. It is also an excellent stabilizer for zinc salt. Widely used in circulating cooling water system and oilfield water injection system corrosion and scale inhibition, especially suitable for compounding with zinc salts and copolymers, can be used in high temperature, high hardness, high alkali and need to be operated under the high concentration times of the occasions, PBTCA can be used as a chelating agent and metal cleaning agent in the washing industry.

2. Usage
PBTCA is generally used in combination with other water treatment agents such as zinc salt, copolymer, organophosphorus and azole. If it is used alone, the dosage is 5~15mg/L.
