Product Description

T-225 is a polycopolymer mainly composed of acrylic acid and its esters, which can effectively inhibit the formation and deposition of CaCO3, CaSO4, Ca(PO4)2, and also has good dispersing performance on Fe2O3, clay and greasy scale. It can be used under high PH conditions; it has good miscibility with organic phosphonates, BTA, etc., and is effective in inhibiting the deposition of zinc salts and the precipitation of calcium phosphate scale.

It has good scale inhibition and dispersion effect under higher temperature and alkaline condition. It is suitable for use in circulating cooling water under alkaline condition and with more phosphate. Mainly used as scale inhibitor and dispersant in circulating cool water (especially circulating cool water with high turbidity and dust pollution).

Product usage

It can be used alone in circulating cooling water, boiler water, oilfield sewage reinjection system, etc. It can be used in combination with organophosphine compounds, BTA, etc. It is mainly used as scale inhibitor and dispersant. When compounded with FD-262, it has special effect on inhibiting the deposition of zinc salt and precipitation of calcium phosphate.

Packaging & Shipping

The product is packed in plastic drums, 25Kg or 200Kg per drum, or according to the needs of users. It can be stored in a cool and indoor place for ten months.

Avoid contact with eyes and skin, once splashed on the body, flush with plenty of water immediately.
